Is this product reusable?
Yes! The FLIP ZERO EV is fully washable and can be used multiple times.
While the item comes with a sample pouch of lubricant, we recommend TENGA HOLE LOTION for further use.
Is this product electronic?
Yes! The FLIP ZERO EV can be used both manually, and also with its electronic vibration!
The FLIP ZERO EV houses two Vibration Cores inside of the elastomer sleeve, meaning the rumbling vibrations flow throughout the item for direct stimulation. The Vibration Cores are on opposing ends of the item, so the vibrations come from all around you.
What is the difference between the FLIP ZERO and FLIP ZERO EV?
The new FLIP ZERO EV features vibrations made possible with two Vibration Cores housed inside the item, along with a completely new internal structure, designed specifically to complement and enhance the vibration sensations.
How do you turn the item ON?
Press and hold the button on the top of the FLIP ZERO EV to turn the item ON. Press and hold the button once more to turn the item OFF.
What variations of vibrations are there?
There are five varieties of vibration in total.
After turning the item ON, pressing the button will cycle through the following modes: Low > High > Pulse > Alternating > Random
Is the item fully washable?
The FLIP ZERO EV Body and Slide Arms are fully waterproof and easily washable. The Charging Base of the product is NOT waterproof, so please do not submerge in water.
< How to Wash >
After use, you can submerge the Body and Slide Arms in warm or tepid water for washing.
After washing, please stand on the Slide Arms to dry.
To wash the Charging Base, please first unplug the USB cable, and wipe with a damp cloth.
Can I use the Charging Base to dry the item while it’s wet?
A small amount of water dripping from the item above should not be a problem.
However, please do not fully wash the Charging Base or get it completely wet.
Can I charge the item while drying it?
Yes! After washing them, pat dry the FLIP ZERO EV Body and Slide Arms with a dry cloth.
Plug in the Charging Base. Next, place the Slide Arms on the Charging Base and place the open Body on to the Slide Arms.
Leave in a dry, well-ventilated area.
Does the item come with lotion?
There are two sample pouches of our HOLE LOTION [REAL] included with each FLIP ZERO EV.
- For further uses, we suggest our HOLE LOTION Series.
Where should I apply the lotion?

Yes! The item is covered with our one year warranty from the date of purchase.
