1. FOR PRE-ORDERED OR BACK-ORDERED PRODUCTS
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered product, we will ship any products we have available immediately and ship the products that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one product on a single order and receive only part of your order don't worry, you will receive your other products shortly after.
2. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation email, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
5.CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the purchaser (tariffs, taxes, etc).
By placing an order on our site, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
